A Monster Calls
By Patrick Ness
This week I read a really good book. It was about a young boy who's name is Conor. Connor's mom has cancer and is getting beat up at school by other kids. He also has a monster who talks to him and tells him story's. Conor follows the directions that the monster gives him. This is the story Conor's life. I really liked this book even though I could not and will not ever relate to Conor. waring: This is a sad book. I would recommend it to Willa and Lena.

Jonathan Livingston Seagull 1
by Richard Bach

This week I read a pretty bad book. The writing in the book was not so bad. But it was the plot that made it so bad. I also could not relate to the main character, ( the seagull). In the Future I would  recommend this book to anyone. This book was about a seagull whos name is Jonathan. The book is written through his perspective. It talks about some of things going on in Jonathan life. ( Very Boring). Overall I did not like this book.

Boy in the Stripped Pajamas   (2)
 by John Boyne
This week I finished a great book. The book is about a young boy who lives in Germany during the Holocaust.  The boy who's name is Bruno meets another young boy who is in a concentration camp. This is the story of their friendship and what it is like to live in Nazi Germany. This book changed completely for me. It was super sad. I would recommend it to anyone who wants a good sad story. The plot of the story was great but super sad. I got really connected  to the characters during the whole book so the ending was super sad. It was a intense book. I felt bad for Bruno because he did not know what horrible things his dad did and what a horrible person his dad worked for.

By John Bonye

This week I read a really great book. I Loved so much because of the characters. I to am jewish so thats is why I could relate to it. I kinda made me scared about if I was born during the Holocaust.  The plot of the book is also good. I liked in the beginning when his mom was lying to him. This book is about a young boy whos name is Bruno. He happens to live in germany, during the holocust. This is a story about what his life is like.
